Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 2–7 business days for delivery after your order has shipped, depending on your location and USPS transit times.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

We currently ship within the United States.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Oh That’s Mo’s Kitchen is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged or you experience any issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@otmkitchen.com and include your order number and photos if applicable.

Local pickup, pop-ups, and select-date meal offerings will be announced separately.
