We do not accept returns or exchanges on food items, including seasonings, homemade treats, or prepared meals, for safety and quality reasons.
If there is an issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@otmkitchen.com.
